How to clean your face on a daily basis : guide for healthy skin

We all desire to have beautiful skin, without any toxins or impurities, but we hardly put in the extra effort towards skin care. 1. Cleansing

Massage your face using an ice cube (in circular motions), thereafter, to tighten the pores and bring back the skin temperature to normal.

3. Scrubbing

Proceed by applying a face scrub for a few minutes since it helps eliminate dead skin cells, which make your skin look dull. You can also skip the store-bought variety, and instead apply a mix of sugar and honey in equal parts to exfoliate your skin naturally. Scrub your face for 5 minutes, and then leave it on for another 3 minutes or so, before you wash it off.

4. Face Pack

No matter what your skin type is, the application of a moisturizing face pack makes your skin soft and also improves your skin tone. There are different masks for different problems, to ease your search I have mentioned few amazing face masks that work excellent on all skin types.

You can also apply a home-made toner on your face, such as cucumber juice and rose water, which helps maintain the pH balance

This 5 step skincare can do wonders to your skin no matter the type. It is advised to follow the steps at least thrice a week. Continuing this process for few weeks will provide you with fresh, detoxicated skin.
